Shown in the wake of foot and mouth disease, Shan's 'Celebration of the Farmyard', sponsored by the National Farmer's Union, was shown in Holsworthy, Hatherleigh, at the Royal Show in Warwickshire, various Devonshire churches, and the Royal Cornwall show to name but a few. Shan says "It is a humorous take on farming life and dreamed up with the help of the NFU along with Littoral Arts and the Royal Agricultural Society." Mayor of Hatherleigh, Dennis Bater, called the exhibition "extraordinary". |
